Terms of service

These terms apply to businesses that use Udnaa, run by Start and Grow ("we"), directly or through one of our partner brands. If a partner brand sold you the service, its order form or agreement also applies and sets your price and billing.

The service

Udnaa connects your WhatsApp Business number to a shared inbox, quick-reply buttons and, where your plan includes them, automated replies, bookings, follow-ups and campaigns. We may improve or change features over time.

Your account

• Keep sign-in details safe and give access only to your own staff.
• You are responsible for what is sent from your account and number.
• Tell us promptly at hello@udnaa.com if you think your account has been misused.

WhatsApp and Meta

• You connect your own WhatsApp Business account and must follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's terms.
• Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp message fees, using the payment method on your WhatsApp account.
• Send marketing messages only to customers who have opted in. Honour STOP and other opt-out requests; the service records them automatically.
• Automated replies may only cover your own business. Udnaa is not a general-purpose assistant.

Automated replies

Automated replies are generated from the information you provide. Keep it accurate and check it regularly. Replies can be wrong, so your staff should review important conversations and can take over any chat.

Your data

You own your data and your customers' data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy and our data processing agreement. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message your customers.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for spam, unlawful content, harassment, or anything that breaks WhatsApp's policies. We may suspend an account that puts customers, numbers or the platform at risk, and will tell you why.

Fees

Fees are set in your order with us or your partner brand. Unpaid accounts may be paused after notice.

Ending the service

You can stop using the service at any time. When an account closes, you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill, but without other warranties to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of Mumbai, India, unless your agreement with a partner brand says otherwise.
