How to delete your data

If you messaged a business on WhatsApp

1. To stop marketing messages straight away, reply STOP in that chat.
2. To delete your conversations and details, email hello@udnaa.com with the business's name and the WhatsApp number you used. You can also ask the business directly.
3. We confirm the request with the business, delete your data within 30 days, and reply to confirm. We keep only a record that you opted out, so you are not messaged again.

If your business uses Udnaa

An account owner can disconnect your WhatsApp number from the dashboard at any time. To delete your business account and all its data, email hello@udnaa.com from the owner's email address. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you signed in with Facebook

Businesses connect WhatsApp through Facebook. To remove Udnaa's access, go to Facebook Settings → Business integrations, remove Udnaa, then email hello@udnaa.com to delete the data we hold.
